WHAT IS A CAKE POP?

Cakepops are a cake base dessert that starts with a fully baked cake that is crumbled and rolled in a small amount of frosting. Next, it is dipped in melted chocolate. Each sweet treat is then hand designed to capture that irresistible appeal. The same process applies to all our cake treats and molds.

WHAT ARE CAKE POP KITS?

Cake kits are a fun engaging way to enjoy your cake pops as a family or with friends. Kit availability and orders will be announced on our social media. Kit flavors and themes are determined by the seller and orders can be placed on our website.

IS CAKEPOPS BY RAVEN A STOREFRONT?

No, Cakepops by Raven is not a storefront. We are a home based and online business at this time only.

DO YOU DELIVER?

At this time we only deliver orders of 75 cake pops or more for an extra $15 charge. We deliver within a 25 mile radius of our location in Mesa, Az 85210.

DO I NEED TO PRE-ORDER?

Because all our sales are made to order all requests need to be pre-ordered. A minimum of 2 weeks in advance for orders less than 24 cake pops and 3 weeks for orders larger than 24 cake pops. (Excluding giveaways & flash sales that are offered on Facebook or Instagram)

CAN YOU MIX & MATCH?

Yes, you can mix and match flavors. There is a minimum order of one dozen per flavor. Our Signature Flavors are included in the price of your order. Specialty flavors are an additional $10 charge per flavor. There is a maximum of 3 flavors per order. 

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOOD ALLERGIES?

At this time we do not have the capacity to accommodate food allergies. Our baked goods are made in a kitchen that processes known food allergens including but not limited to eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, and wheat.

DO YOU OFFER VEGAN OR GLUTEN FREE CAKE POPS?

No, unfortunately, we do not at this time. We hope to offer them in the future.

CANCELATION POLICY

If you cancel a week in advance of your event you can get a full refund. If you cancel within the week of the event a refund cannot be accommodated due to supply cost. 

Cottage Law

Due to Cottage Law, all cream, buttercream, and cream cheese flavors are created using flavor emulsions and oils.
